Seeing as the month of love is still upon us, I decided to share some of the best romantic destinations from my list of places I would love to visit in Africa with you. This year is the year we explore more places virtually and in reality.

NIGERIA – Obudu Moutain Resort

CAPE VERDE – Ila do Sal
Ilha do Sal is an exotic island in the Atlantic Ocean gifted with powdery beaches and dormant volcanoes.

MAURITIUS – Fli En Flac
This is a seaside village on the west coast of Mauritius, in the district of the black river.
It has a coastline of about 13 kilometers, with many luxury hotels spread out on over 10 kilometers of Flic en Flac.
The area, offers a breath of fresh air both at night and during the day. They also have lots of activities lined up for visitors, that helps them try out the street food during the day and explore the area to their satisfaction.
SEYCHELLES – Praslin Island
Praslin is an island in Seychelles, in the Indian ocean. it is known for it’s palm-fringed beaches, like Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio.
The main beach, Anse Volbert-Cote D’or, faces the offshore islet Chauve Souris.
Praslin rugged covered interior, is home to Praslin national park which makes it the perfect place for a romantic getaway.
It is the only island, you get to enjoy an 18 hole round of golf on a championship course, you also discover the amazing Coco De Mar, an exotic plant that led to the belief that Seychelles was the true garden of Eden (must be really beautiful).
This island, also serves as a great base for trips to neighboring islands. Where you can visit the amazing sea birds on Cousine island, explore the hills, mangroves, go swimming or scuba diving and meet the giant tortoises in the wild on Curieuse.
Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.
