GET TO KNOW ME

February 7, 2018 Uncategorized

HI,

my name is ANYIO VICTORIA ONUCHE (ALFA) a student of ARCHITECTURE at the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY MINNA,NIGER STATE . I created @naijathriftslayer on I.G last year and I really wanted to write about an average girl living on a budget in Nigeria but I have been very scared about owning a website (like this is legit very scary but I can do this)this blog was created to help me practice what I preach and the message I intend to put out there, which is encouraging people to embrace their FRUGALITY be proud of that thrift market, local market and that made in Nigeria item you own even if you got them at fifty Naira (#50).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. I am not so much of a fashionista, i just try to look good and very comfortable with my small budget
  2. I do not have a lot of money FOR NOW so most things you will see me wear would either be thrift or from a Nigerian brands that sells affordable things that are within my budget tho.
  3. I am struggling with skin problems which means i would be talking makeup and skin care products that are budget friendly (like i am a frugal girl why not).
  4. I’m also one of those people with awkward natural hair growth, hopefully i get to share my experience with  getting good budget friendly product.

WHAT I AM WEARING;

glasses: mallam in the market(250naira)

tees: I.G @thriftsandtees

skirt: gift

thanks for stopping by, please tell me a little about yourself in the comment section and ask me anything you would like to know about me.
